Electrocardiography (EKG) Technician

An EKG technician conducts various tests on a patient’s heart and lungs by attaching wires to the chest, arms, and legs. They monitor EKG machines, interpret readings, and record results. These professionals work in hospitals, physician’s offices, and diagnostic labs. During this course, students will learn medical terminology, patient care, and diagnostic imaging.
